Families we have helped with health and term insurance, in their own words. Two tell their story on video: a customer who saw how we followed up his family's claim, and someone who was not our customer but came to us after his claim was rejected.

Ravi Kothari bought his family's health policy through nyvo. When his wife's hospital claim was initially declined, the nyvo team followed it up with the insurer until it was approved. In the video he explains why he now tells people to talk to nyvo before they buy a health insurance policy.

Rajendra Modi
Rajendra Modi is not a nyvo customer. He bought his health policy during Covid from an agent who called him. When his claim was rejected, and then his grievance too, he did not know how to take it to the Insurance Ombudsman. The nyvo team prepared his papers, and through the Ombudsman he got his claim. In the video he tells people not to buy from just any agent, but from one who will help them when they claim.
