Harsh Soni
Founder & Principal Officer, NYVO
Harsh has spent over 16 years in Indian financial services, across investment banking and fintech. He led equity capital markets transactions worth billions of dollars at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Kotak Investment Banking, and SBI Capital Markets — advising on over 100 IPOs, fundraises, and M&A transactions including DMart, Embassy REIT, LIC, Star Health, and SBI Life. He later served as Chief Financial Officer at slice (a fintech unicorn), with P&L responsibility across 160+ branches. Harsh founded NYVO with a single conviction: Indian families deserve insurance advice from someone who treats their money the way they would treat their own.
Why NYVO
The week his daughter Nysha was born, Harsh sat with the family's insurance numbers and realised that despite 16 years in finance — having structured billion-dollar deals — investing for her future and protecting his family from medical emergencies were harder than any deal he had worked on. The internet had endless 'gyan' but zero clarity on what to actually do. NYVO was built to be the platform he needed.
